Offering — Club

A quieter place to
think about your mind.

The Mental Health Club is a small, recurring circle — structured enough to feel safe, open enough to be honest. Not therapy, not a diagnosis, just a regular room where your mind is taken seriously.

How the club runs

Small, recurring, structured

A small, consistent group

The club stays deliberately small, so every voice gets space and the room builds real trust over time, rather than starting from zero each session.

Structured, not clinical

Each session follows a light structure — a check-in, a guided theme, open conversation — so there's enough shape to feel safe without it becoming a lecture.

Not a replacement for treatment

I'm not a psychiatrist or clinical therapist, and the club doesn't diagnose or treat conditions. It's a complement to, not a substitute for, professional care when that's needed — and I'll say so plainly if that's the better fit for you.

Confidential by default

What's shared in the room stays in the room. That expectation is set at the first session and held to.

Free to join

The club has no membership fee and costs nothing to join. The only thing asked of you is showing up consistently.

Who this is for

Best fit

People who are functioning fine day-to-day but want somewhere honest to think out loud — about stress, direction, relationships, or just the general weight of things — with people who show up regularly, not strangers each time.

If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a licensed professional or your local emergency services first — I can help you think about next steps, but the club itself isn't built for acute care.

Join the club

Start with a short intro call

New members start with a brief one-to-one conversation with me, so the group stays a good fit for everyone in it. Reach out and I'll walk you through timing and format.
