The idea
I built this practice around a simple idea: I want to be the leader I never had. Early in my career, I missed having someone who could show me — concretely, not abstractly — how to lead well under pressure, through ambiguity, and in the moments that actually shape a career.
That's what the coaching is built to close. It's a method for leadership, developed and refined across many businesses and many kinds of leaders, applied to your actual situation rather than a generic leadership model.

This isn't inspirational talk. It's a structured method for how to think and act as a leader — developed and refined across many businesses and many kinds of leaders, not improvised session to session.
Leadership doesn't stop at the office door. Sessions work across both your professional decisions and the personal habits, relationships, and mindset that actually shape how you lead.
An executive at a large conglomerate faces different pressures than a manager at a family business or a founder at a start-up. The method adapts to your role, industry, and stage — not the other way around.
Coaching works in the gaps as much as in the room. A short check-in keeps momentum between meetings, so change actually happens rather than just getting discussed.

No payment is collected on this website, and no card or bank details are ever taken through it. Hours are tracked as we go and billed the same way as the wealth advisory: a single annual invoice, payable by bank transfer — there's no subscription and nothing is charged automatically.
No cost, no commitment
The first call is a short, unpaid conversation to work out what you actually want to focus on, and whether this is the right fit. From there, I'll explain how sessions are structured and priced.
